Yes, the course open to all levels, suitable for students aged 12-18, whether beginners or those with prior experience.

The course maximum number is about 25 students.

Students want to improve their confidence and communication skills in English through high-quality training. They are also eager to learn about local British art, performance, music technology, and STEM, and are willing to explore the ancient history and culture of the UK.

We will provide a list of airlines that allow unaccompanied minors to travel alone, along with information about the airlines' immigration assistance and our pickup team, to ensure your child is met at the airport and safely taken to the accommodation.

Yes, we offer an international airport pick-up and drop-off service for an additional charge.

Whether at your local airport or a London airport, if your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify our service staff promptly. We will respond and handle the situation according to the service you have booked.

The fee includes standard accommodation, as well as breakfast and dinner, from the time the student arrives in the UK until their departure as course schedule.

We recommend that students arrive in London one day before the course begins and depart after the last day of the course.

Normally, the check-in time for accommodation is 1 PM on the day before the course begins, and the check-out time is 11 AM on the day following the last day of the course.

Yes, we provide single rooms, double bed rooms or share rooms, we will do our best to meet your request, but additional fees may be required in some conditions due to the seasonal rarity of the number of single rooms.

Yes, the UK NHS healthcare system ensures prompt medical attention in case of an emergency, and we will be available to assist them throughout their stay. Students will also receive information about local emergency services upon arrival.

Please inform us before the student departs from their home country. We will assist with arranging accommodation and providing information about the fees. However, we cannot guarantee that the student will stay in the same area, and we are not responsible for any safety issues that may arise during the extended stay.

If a parent or guardian wishes to accompany the student, we can provide information about accommodation options. However, our course fee only covers the student’s stay, so the parent or guardian will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own accommodation. We can also offer guidance on local transportation and other logistics if needed."

We accept Apple-pay, Google-pay, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat-pay, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union), and bank transfers.

If you need to cancel your application or reservation for the course, you must notify us in writing( via email or post ).

Yes, we offer a full refund of the course fee for cancellations made more than 122 days before the course start date, with bank or payment system fees deducted. Please note that for seat reservations only, the reservation fee is non-refundable. For more details on our cancellation and refund policy, please review our “UK Short Cultural Education Course Study Agreement” and “Reservation Conditions and Terms” before making your payment.

Usually, no deposit is required when you apply directly for a course with full payment. However, if you wish to reserve a seat for your course, a deposit of £240 is required for each reservation.

The full payment fee includes accommodation , breakfast and dinner, transportation and the courses fee.

We strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive health insurance, including coverage for medical expenses and travel accidents. There is no accident insurance included in the course fee.
